Gibco CTS Rotea is a closed, automated cell separation, wash and concentration system specifically designed for small batch cell therapies.  A unique combination of process flexibility in a compact portable instrument that is ideally suited to cell therapy development whilst also enabling a seamless transition to commercial scale cGMP manufacturing.

Single Use Kits

Single use kits provide the significant cost benefits of parallel processing in lower grade clean rooms.  The single use kit pictured can be configured to suit different processes and includes a custom designed carrier frame with 2D barcode for fast, error proof loading of the kit to the instrument.

Allogeneic cell therapy manufacture 

Scinogy's allogeneic cell processing systems are uniquely configured to realize economies of scale and optimize facility, equipment and staff utilization.  These automated and integrated systems are designed to consistently processes multiple batches on any given day.  Closed, single use kits enable parallel processing of multiple batches in a common, lower grade clean room whilst centralized incubation separates rapid intermediate processing steps from the multi-day cell culturing.
